Shipping policy
As long as your items are not on pre-order, most orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days of being placed online.
Multiple-unit orders will not ship until all items are available in stock.
You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to update to their next scan location.

Not all shipping methods include step-by-step tracking.

We are unable to upgrade or change the shipping method once an order has been placed.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your purchase is complete.
Your confirmation email will include:

Digital download links (if applicable)

My order hasn’t shipped yet. Why was my card charged?
All orders are charged in full at the time they are placed.
For security and compliance reasons, ScriptWear by Nale does not store payment information or credit card details on file.
